I create bespoke cakes and macarons for all occasions. Everything is made in my studio kitchen in Falmouth, using the finest local, organic and ethically sourced ingredients, including creamy Trewithian Dairy butter, milk, yoghurt and cream, Shipton Mill flour, Cornhill Farm eggs and honey from Cornish bees.
